Food is powerful. Food holds the ability to energize, promote connection, and satiate our senses. As a mom, nutritionist, and personal trainer of over twenty-five years, I pay close attention to what the body needs, especially when physical demands are put upon it.
I understand that on the trail, food can become a bit of an obsession. You're setting daily distance goals, you're burning more calories than ever, your body is tired, and all the while you're dreaming about that next meal. And, although that dream may not include reconstituted backpacking food, these meals will satisfy your tastebuds until you can get to that next town where a juicy cheeseburger or greasy pizza awaits.

Mtn. Mama Meals are a combination of savory, flavorful ingredients, sufficient calories, balanced nutrition, and contain a variety of anti-inflammatory ingredients like MCT oil, collagen, greens, nuts, seeds, and spices.

Made One At A Time
Each meal is created one at a time. Small batch production assures that each meal is consistent in taste and quality.

Ingredients that reduce inflammation are key when you're putting physical demands upon your body. I use fruits, veggies, spices, nuts, seeds, collagen, and MCT oil in our meals to help you recover.

Real vs. Preservatives
I have intentionally sourced foods with minimal or no preservatives added. This ensures you getting the healthiest meal possible, but does reduce shelf life, so best to order fresh for each season.
